Jamie was my hairdresser she was incredibly attentive. She made the whole process smooth ensuring that I will feel totally satisfied with my highlights, hair cut and blow drying. The salon atmosphere made feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. I highly recommend this salon and Jamie to anyone looking for a hairstylist.
Wonderful experience!!! Initially, I walked in because I was waiting to pick food up in the same parking lot, and realized the salon was there. In truth, I had been going silently mad for a long time about the condition of my hair. My hair has been excessively shedding on and off for a couple of years at this point and has significantly thinned out. I had not actively tried to do anything about it because I had reached the point that (in the back of my mind) I think I felt it was hopeless…. From the moment I walked in the door at Roots 212 I was greeted with a huge smile and great amount of kindness by Carolann. I didn’t know it at the time, but I found out later that she is actually the owner of the salon. I made an appointment to come back another day since I had walked in on a whim and didn’t have time to stay. My appointment was with Jamie and I’m SO HAPPY that it was! I talked with Jamie about what was bothering me and my thoughts, but in truth, I feel like I didn’t need to say a word. She was able to read the situation with 100% confidence in what needed to be done and by the time I left I felt better about my hair, and in turn better about myself than I have in a long time. I’m so grateful that I found this salon and that Jamie was able to help me out. Thank you so very much!
I’ve been going to Roots212 for about a year, and consider myself lucky to have found them. Michael Lacey is absolutely wonderful! He does a great job on my color and highlights. And, I get repeated compliments on my haircuts. (He’s very personable and honest too!). I’m very, very happy with him and with this salon.
We have been trusting Angela for years and she did not disappoint when my daughter wanted highlights and beautiful teal color for back to school. My daughter loves how it turned out!💙
This is a great salon. Michael is amazing with cut, color, and highlights. I went in for the first time today and he (along with all the staff) were so welcoming. My hair was in pretty bad shape. We did a consultation on what I wanted etc. He asked all the right questions and was great at answering mine. And then he got to work his magic! He is extremely personable and a joy to chat with too. I left with a big smile on my face and highly recommend him!
