I had to purchase online because I’m out of the area and my daughter’s birthday is Christmas Eve. The website offered great selections. I even called the day of the delivery just to verify they had my order and it would be delivered that day, and they were gracious to double check and explained I would also get an email verifying the delivery. Best part, the flowers are beautiful and look like what was advertised. I’ll be a future customer too!

I'm in Tampa and my daughter is in Nashville; wanted to send flower for her birthday. Whether it's cross-town, or across the country, you always wonder: "Will they be as pretty and fresh as delivered as they are on the website? Will they arrive on time? The pics tell the story! Gorgeous, fresh, and on time. Her mom happened to be on the phone with her when the flowers actually arrived at the front door...my daughter was in tears with happiness. Couldn't have picked this out without help from the incredibly patient person I spoke with on the phone when I was ordering. She recommended this bouquet for the autumn season, and my daughter loved them. Don't even bother checking out another shop in Nashville!
Rose Hill came highly recommended and they did not disappoint! River was very helpful in sharing my options for my intent in the flowers. Not too romantic, but also her favorite colors, a small arrangement due to size limitations, and to brighten her day. She absolutely loved them! I asked River about sweets or chocolates, and he said he could hand pick a nice assortment of truffle chocolates that were loved as well. Thank you team for making it happen and a smooth delivery to the Gulch!
