Swung by to have my wife’s watch sized. In and out within ten minutes, maybe closer to five. Gentleman who helped us was wonderful—very happy with the service and cost. Will return for any future needs.

I absolutely love this shop and the gentleman who runs it. It felt like we stepped back in time when we entered. There’s nothing high-end or high-tech here—just the simplicity of a traditional watch repair shop. The walls are adorned with clocks, watches are displayed in cases, and there's a touch of history throughout the store. The customer service is exceptional, which is a rarity these days, especially with the younger generation often more focused on their screens than on serving customers. We needed a replacement battery for a watch and were referred to this gem of a place by a jeweler in Roseville, who couldn’t offer a same-day replacement. This quaint little watch repair shop is managed by the nicest gentleman. He was gracious, kind, witty, and professional. When we arrived, he was finishing up repairs for another customer, so we patiently waited and took in his store and inventory. When it was our turn, my husband explained what we needed. The gentleman assessed the watch, and we purchased the battery, which should last 2 to 3 years. If anything happens to it within the next 12 months, we can bring it back, as it is covered under a warranty. We will be back!!
