I have used Roto Rooter for Year's and I've always been extremely satisfied with their work. The customer service is outstanding. Mike took care of the plumbing service today and he did a great job he was very professional and polite great guy!! I wish there were more workers like him out there.
After noticing a leaking pipe behind the vanity and toilet I called Roto Rooter. They said someone could be there in 45 minutes. Carl arrived and quickly determined what the problem was. He cut the wall to access the stack and in a couple hours had it completely repaired. He had to remove the toilet and reinstall it at the end. He cleaned up the entire area. Carl is definitely a super pro plumber! Thanks Carl.
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. I hired them to run a sewer line. After they began digging up my yard they trippled the price of the work they agreed to. All of this could be excused had they done a good job, but they trashed my yard with garbage, metal and broken pvc. Furthermore they refused to level the land so Now I have a 100' long 3' high pile of dirt running through my front yard. When I called and asked them to come clean the garbage and level the land, they showed up, grabbed a hard hat they left in my yard, and drove off. Absolutely the worst contractor I have ever hired.
Another great experience getting my plumbing needs met thru Roto-Rooter. Such great service people! My tech, Shawn, explained everything and went step be step to get me back up and running. I now have hot water in all 3 bathroom sinks, a kitchen sink faucet with spray nozzle that doesn't seem aggressive, and a toilet without a drip. And the time to complete was totally appropriate.
