Couldn’t have been better or easier!! Carlos and Teresa were on time, kind, and expert at set up and take down. We had the High Voltage obstacle course and it was a huge hit with kids ages 3-13. The operation was so easy (one button!), the inflating and deflating was quick, and the material was high quality and clean. I can’t recommend Royal Bounce enough!!!
I will continue to use Royal Bounce Minnesota as our bounce house rental place go-to! They are punctual, friendly, and quick! They're bounce houses are clean and in good shape. This will be our second booking with them. To say the least, we are very happy with them! Thank you Royal Bounce MN!
I loved using Royal Bounce for our bounce house rental. We rented the Party Bounce House. They gave us an arrival time of noon-2 and arrived at 12:15 and set it up so quickly and were so nice. They scheduled the pickup at 7pm and were prompt for that as well. The bounce house felt clean and well taken care of. The people were nice, the prices were reasonable, and it was a wonderful addition to our birthday party. Our child wants a bounce house again next year and you can bet we will be coming back to Royal Bounce.
We had bounce houses booked through a different company with a few months advance notice. It was for a school carnival that would have 200 kids. That company bailed on us two hours before the event. I reached out to Royal Bounce Minnesota/Carlos and he had bounce houses set up for our event within two hours. They were great and the kids loved them. He was also way more affordable than the other company- we will absolutely be using them for all our future events.
Professional, punctual, friendly staff, and clean equipment. I was so impressed at how quickly the team set up and how clean the inflatables were. It’s so easy to book online. We had to reschedule our party due to weather, luckily the company is understanding and easy to reschedule with. I would highly recommend !
