We had an excellent time working with Raquel! She kept us on task, helped ensure the day went smoothly, and liaised with the venue and the vendors. Our wedding was a huge success in large part thanks to her, and we will be forever grateful for her contributions. Thank you Raquel!!

Raquel was our planner for the month leading up to our wedding and she was fantastic! She is organized, pays close attention to detail and really helped to ensure that everything ran smoothly on the day of my wedding. She is very timely with her communication and on top of everything from the vendors to the smaller details. I highly recommend Raquel and cannot thank her enough for making my day so fabulous!
RSG Events came highly recommended and as soon as we met with Raquel, we instantly knew that we didn't want anyone else. She made us feel so at ease that as soon as we walked out of our meeting with her, I told my fiance that we had to hire her! Raquel coordinated our wedding beautifully and handled everything so smoothly that we didn't have to worry at all. Everything ran on schedule and we were able to enjoy every moment. Being stress-free on your wedding day is not an easy task… but Raquel definitely helped us achieve that! She was such a breath of fresh calming air that helped ease my wedding day jitters... and for that, I will always be grateful to Raquel and her team. Brandon and I can not thank you enough, Raquel... we loved the way you took such great care of us and always thought two steps ahead!!
Raquel is amazing! Besides her always going above and beyond to deliver, she is exceptionally professional, organized, detail oriented, and responsive. We hired Raquel from RSG Events for my daughter’s wedding… and she was there more than a year ago, helping the young couple decide on their ideal venue. It went from a smaller, intimate ceremony to a destination wedding — which had to be cancelled due to covid. Raquel was there throughout our journey and helped with our final decision on a much larger wedding, at a local venue the following year. From our initial consultation, we were already impressed by her understanding of all the different visions and her ability to recall all the details and help create a magical day. I never realized how Raquel’s role also included being a fabulous therapist! She was able to calm everyone as needed — from months before the wedding to issues that pop up during the day of the wedding — Raquel handled everything seamlessly and helped us have the most beautiful wedding. This isn’t always easy when dealing with 3 different sets of parents, but Raquel made us all feel inclusive and heard. Raquel’s work didn’t end on the wedding day, as she is still wonderfully being our advocate with issues that arose with a vendor. I highly recommend Raquel and her team from RSG Events!
