I’ve been to multiple classes, both heavy bag and private one on one sessions with different instructors and they are all amazing! I always walk out of the studio feeling amazing. Everyone is super friendly and motivating!
Super friendly employees and very fun workouts! Always feel great after. Would love it if the gloves were complimentary as the classes are pretty spenny.
I’ve taken classes with Chloe, Chris aka vanilla spice, and Idil and they’re all amazing! Very entertaining and brings a lot of energy into the class. Love rumble boxing! All the staff is incredible
Went for my first class while on a trip here! I am super unfamiliar with boxing in general and was encouraged to come as part of a group of friends. Our instructor Taylor had some of the best energy I've ever experienced. Went in a little anxious and nervous, and came out feeling genuinely confident and good about myself! I will be back here every time I'm in the city. Thank you Taylor!
I absolutely love the rumble bag classes here. The atmosphere is so fun and also dark and private enough that I don't feel obvious if I get it wrong or want to go all in! The music is like being in a club and is super motivating. The first class is free which is great, and they threw in free gloves for that too. Usually you can rent them for $4. You also need wraps for your hands as well, I got reasonable ones from sports chek down the road. Worth investing if you will be back! There are lockers for your stuff and a towel is included as well. Highly recommend!
