I like this car wash, however I stopped having a monthly membership because they secretly increased my membership ship to $40 a month!!!!! I don’t even get my car washed often enough to justify paying that much. I cancelled my membership over a year ago, but I still go there and pay for the ten dollar wash whenever I need to… maybe once a month or less. They ALWAYS try to be salesmen on me and pressure me into buying a membership even when I decline. They want to constantly upgrade you and I don’t like that. Please charge me for the $10 wash and let me be on my way. I don’t care to argue or hear the shpeel about discounts and whatnot.
I am a member and come through frequently, Russell speeder is hands-down the best car wash and detail cleaning establishment in Omaha! Thanks to the amazing staff! They are extremely helpful 🙂
I really like the car wash until today. In the past I have had issues with membership car washes taking out more then they are supposed to, or having other customers with the same a like license plates stealing money out of my account for their washes. Every time I go to Russell speeders I tell them the same thing. No cause of past issues. Sometimes pay more a month than per subscription wash monthly. Recently they changed the rules that you can’t vacuum if you don’t have a membership, so even if I pays retail u can’t use the vacuums. That’s total bull shit. Then bring back the coin vacuum!!!. Never going back again.
I went to this location only to get my car seats shampooed since I spilled coffee and previously had an old food stain months ago. I came in weary about the results. They were super fast, and very respectful. I came out and they did more than shampoo my seats! My seats looked like nothing even happened to them. They also vacuumed and cleaned my dash without extra pay. Highly suggest!!
