I’ve been going there for eyebrow threading many times and then I decided to get cluster lashes for the first time, didn’t feel like getting mine done for hours plus i was on limited time. The lashes were placed beautifully, quick and under 30 mins!
Had the worst experience the last I went. I specifically requested Sabi to wax my eyebrows yet someone else provided the service. I’ve gotten my eyebrows waxed a few times with Sabi and can say I had no complaints until now. Idk who waxed my eyebrows but she burned me and not only did she obviously lack the skill to do it she kept asking to wax my mustache. Thankfully, I didn’t but she was very pushy and rude. If you’re not good at speaking up for yourself and shy. Don’t come here. I did call Sabi to let her know but she just kept saying she didn’t wax my eyebrows that day and finally she offered to put cream on it. I was basically home at that point and declined.
Ana is super friendly! She knows what she is doing. I'm so glad this place was recommended to me. The service is quick, the prices are fair, and the results are amazing!! Def. recommend to get your brows threaded here! I have done eyebrows lift n full hand waxing .she did great job .keep it up dear u deserve this review . I would suggest every client to go with ana .
I had a mixed experience during my visit. Sabi did a nice job with my eyebrow threading—very clean and shaped well. However, the underarm wax left a burn, which was really uncomfortable. The eyelash lift also didn’t turn out right; my lashes were going in different directions. On top of that, she seemed distracted and was busy picking up phone calls during the appointment, which made the service feel rushed. I think more focus and care could really improve the experience.
I got eyebrow threading service from Sabi, writing this review while sitting outside in the car. I have not been able to find a good place in the Austin so far for threading. So I have been going for waxing instead since last five years. I saw good reviews online and one of my friends recently got her eyebrows done here which I really like, so decided to give this a try. Sabi is awesome, she is so quick, painless and did a perfect shaping for my eyebrows. So far the best place for eyebrow threading.
