A great class to take for BLS certification, everything is done online without having an instructor. You just go through the online course at your own pace at home. The course was very informative and easy to understand. After completing the online course, I then headed to the Daly City location and took my test there. I was kind of worried about taking it there since was no one around to help or instruct me on what I have to do, but once I logged into my account for the test all my worries went away. The videos were quite helpful and VAM also provided feedback if you're doing well or need to improve in a certain area. If you need to find a place to get your BLS certification done I would recommend to go here.
From the moment I arrived to checkout, every step was seamless. The instructor was friendly, the classroom was clean, the BLS training was thorough and gave me confidence with CPR skills. I attended multiple AHA classes from different businesses and my experience with Safety Training Seminars was best. Modules are all comprehensive with ability to get them done on your own time. Daly City facility had free parking, room and equipments clean,well maintained. I asked to be rescheduled last minute and I was accomodated within 3 hours of request online. Looking forward to renew with them next time.
Highly recommend for BLS testing, this testing site is great. No actual person just a computer and great feedback. My technique is much better, did the BLS certification for AHA here, will do my renewal here in 2 years as well. Thank you so much! Beautiful location too.
I completed my BLS renewal here, and the process was smooth and easy. The location was simple to find, and the instructions provided were very clear. The environment felt relaxed, which made the renewal less stressful. There are both North and South entrances—note that the South entrance is ADA accessible. The restroom is not for public use, but if you have business with one of the offices, they will provide the key. Overall, a positive and efficient experience.
