My husband and I just dined in today for lunch with our 1 year old daughter. We have only been once before years ago. We both had fillets with Oscar topping, both Cesar salad (he had baked potato) I had mashed. Baby had butter noodles and we had rattlers (4 count) for our app. We both had watermelon Fresca to drink. We want to compliment (I believe his name was Tristin). We both come from 15+ years of service industry background and we have not had good experiences in a long time. He was very attentive, very nice, and all around a great server. I would recommend him 10 out of 10 times. The food was also delicious, cooked to perfection. This was my birthday lunch, I did not tell the server, but we really enjoyed ourselves. Thank you guys for exceeding my expectations!
My daughter and I traveled to Fort Worth for a three-night convention and ended up eating at Saltgrass Steakhouse every single night—yes, it was that good! The food and service were absolutely outstanding. The white cosmopolitan and grilled pineapple margarita were phenomenal (a must-try!). The blackened redfish was hands-down the best fish I’ve ever had, and the porterhouse steak was cooked to perfection. What really made the experience memorable was the incredible hospitality. Manager Logan went above and beyond—she took the time to get to know us and made us feel like family. Servers Laura and Kodie were attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was just right each night. They even surprised us with a free dessert, which was such a thoughtful touch. It was our first time visiting Texas, and this kind of unbelievable southern hospitality made the trip truly special. I’d give the service 5+ stars if I could! Highly recommend Saltgrass Steakhouse in Fort Worth—5 stars all the way!
Incredible! My mom and I came from out of state, this place happened to be near our hotel so we stopped in. Amazing staff, amazing food, the atmosphere is such a vibe and it’s cozy inside! Logan, Laura and Cody treated us like queens! Next time we come to Texas this will be our first stop!
Thanks Marissa for an amazing dining experience. You were soooo confident about the delicious food here - AND YOU WERE RIGHT!!! Everything was excellent but especially your attentive service and advice on the food selections. We also bought 2 bottles of the special seasonings. I’m going to give one as a gift to my foodie son in law.. God bless you as you continue to serve so many “needy” and hungry people!
Great service and delicious food! We walked right in to a table with no delay. Several employees made sure to get us some water while we studied the menu. Samuel took great care of us and made sure we had excellent service and our food was exactly what we wanted. The manager came by to thank us for visiting but that maybe something with my Landrys Select Club membership. Both our meals were so tasty! Although we are frequently near this location we forget about it because it’s complicated to get to but I think we’ll make the effort more often because today it was great!
