Yoday, Sam and his helper installed a metal bracket for my 2nd-storey air conditioner, then secured it with the plexiglass and tape. I'm assured the unit is level - a professional job all 'round!!! Polite, friendly and bilingual service on the South Shore of Montréal. *the bracket and plexiglass were bought prior to their arrival*
