This was a Rheem warranty replacement by Same Day Water Heaters. After multiple setbacks leading to this replacement, I had been without hot water for 3 weeks. Eric and Brian were great and waited to ensure I had hot water before they left, checking upstairs and downstairs faucets. Eric cleaned the aerator on one of my faucets and Brian noticed some damage to my attic stairs that I wouldn't have known needed to be repaired. I appreciated the extra effort.
Eric did an outstanding job. He identified himself, told me what the plan was. He kept me informed as the job progressed. I recommend Same Day Water Heaters and Home Depot to get the job done.
Wonderful and professional services in new toilet installment from Robert Thomas and his grandson apprentice. Truly appreciate them in completing this installation esp on a Saturday afternoon to accommodate my available schedule. This service was scheduled as part of Home Depot installation in that the price was very fair and reasonable as I have gotten costs from other plumbing services that was about 45% higher!!
