We had only a few days to find a house in Winnipeg and our realtor, Sandeep Singh was absolutely amazing! We ended up with the perfect house in a great neighborhood on the first day and under asking price! Would 100% recommend! In order to sell our house in Fort Richmond, my wife and I were so fortunate to have Sandeep Singh as our realtor. Sandeep's deep understanding and knowledge of the local real estate market and his effective negotiation skills helped a lot in the selling process. He is a young and energetic realtor with a very friendly and kind personality. Sandeep was always available to answer our questions and give us advice. In fact, he went above and behind regular responsibilities. For example when there was still snow on the lawn, he was planning to take care of debris on the grass. During the transition period he took care of the house until position date. He is not only an excellent realtor but also a genuine human being.
