I've used Savage and Sons more than once for plumbing issues (leaks, faucet repairs, etc.). Each time was a positive experience. Everyone is professional, friendly, and helpful... both the office staff and the technicians that came to my house to do plumbing assessments and repairs. Savage & Son sent out a technician to clear a drain for us, Mikey G. was the technician they sent and he did a great job! He did good work, was fast and and super pleasant to deal with. We will definitely use Savage again and request Mikey when we do!
About a year and half ago we had a plumbing emergency. Savage and Sons was so helpful and got our problem diagnosed and fixed quickly. I was worried about having a recurrent issue, so I reached out to schedule an appointment in hopes of avoiding a future plumbing disaster. The office staff was kind a courteous on the phone. The day of the appointment they ended up sending out two people to help figure out what we needed. Mikey did an excellent job assessing the situation. He offered short and long term solutions for preventive measures to manage my plumbing concern. They were more than fair with pricing also. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing help with plumbing. They have taken good care of us more than once! Thank you!!
Josh was wonderful to work with! Josh called me when he was on his way, was timely, was professional, kind, thorough, and went above and beyond when servicing my water heaters and unclogging two sinks. Josh noticed that my drain stops were installed to close to the sink and the faucet parts were loose (by another plumbing company) and he adjusted the parts accordingly! Kathleen in the office is also a world of help and handles scheduling and payment. Overall, this company provides excellent service! Thank you all!
