We loved the Scandinavian design products to buy but after our recent experience we had with them, we don't like it anymore and we will not buy anything from this brand anymore. Recently we bought a sectional sofa from this brand and noticed that its color doesn't match with our place color combination (its color looked different in the store setting). We decided to return it back and buy another one. The Scandinavian design charged us with almost 20% of the original price (considering the return shipping). Even they didn't return the remaining of our money to our banking account automatically and told us come to the store to get the remaining money back, it was too annoying as well.

From start to finish Scandinavian Designs Furniture totally ROCKED it!! Excellent customer service, wonderful communications, and superior personalities!! I walked in a few times and met staff that weren't even dealing with my order, and all of them treadted me and my family so wonderfully!! LOVED that!! Today we got everything delivered and placed in place... The wonderful delivery dudes were BEYOND AWESOME and i have to call them out (sorry if i got your names mispelt) - Elias and Inocente were such wonderful souls (as were everyone else we interacted with at the store)... we THANK YOU whole heateldy for caring, for delivering, and more than anything else... being YOU!!

Scandinavian Designs is one the best, if not the best, furniture store in the area. I often come here when I want something for my room. Their furniture have good unique, simple, minimalistic design and great functions. The quality is quite good as well. The price is not bad, it is not a cheap furniture store, but it is reasonably well priced (outrageous).

5 stars for floor staff. Very friendly and helpful. Zero stars so far for quality. Our recliner that was delivered today has a crooked frame - one foot does not touch the floor - almost 1” floating above the floor. The delivery driver noted the defect and promised that the company will make it right. I also called the store, and the very friendly staff member promised to speak to the manager. Let’s see how the overall experience goes. I am somewhat disappointed in the quality of the product. UPDATE: The replacement was delivered today, and the old one taken back. Unfortunately, the replacement also has a crooked frame, i.e., one foot is off the floor, and it has a second problem (see photo) the right armrest has an ugly depression -- something is wrong with the cushioning in that armrest. Spoke to the store again, and they promised to inspect the next replacement before sending it. I would have thought they would have done that already. I'm afraid this is getting annoying. The delivery folks left lots of debris on our front porch (see pic). UPDATE: Approx. 3 weeks after first delivery, third time was the charm. We finally have a couch that sits on the floor on all 4 feet, and good cushioning. This experience has been not so great. I have started to suspect the quality of the product. I probably won’t buy from them again.
