Cody and kindle in the go kart area were amazing and very informative when it came to knowledge that involved their jobs. Honestly they seem top tier and makes me wonder why they are not managers if they are not already!!!! They show top tier leadership and integrity .! Kudos to scene 75 for having the great judgement in hiring two such high quality individuals. Tony on the other hand dragged his feet.
Update 2: After a few hoops and texts, reached a wonderful individual who explained the issue and necessary steps very clearly and patiently. Update 1: when called about the incident in question, was hung up on while using an assistant of text call due to being hard of hearing and legally needing it As an arcade, there's plenty that are easily comparable and would probably treat their employees better as well. I've been in twice as a customer, and both times unless someone I knew was working might as well have been invisible because ??? I can't come up with a reason. Then come to find out how poor they tend to treat employees with medical conditions that need assistance other than the obvious wheelchair and how long a request for basic medical accommodations can take...whew glad there's other places with better games and policy around. Do better Scene75 and crew.

Everything is well-organized and feels safe, with staff members keeping things moving smoothly and helping when needed. Even though it can get busy, the layout makes it easy to move around without feeling overcrowded. The atmosphere is loud, colorful, and exciting, which adds to the overall experience. Food options are convenient and perfect for taking a break between games. The prizes and ticket redemption area is large and fun, especially for kids who enjoy saving up tickets for bigger rewards. If you want to treat yourself and the kids,this is one of the best places to let your kids get rid of that energy. Food,drinks and adult games inside with the TVs, a bar and restaurant.Go have some fun!
I love coming here ! Almost always a good time. There was a brown skin heavy set male employee with receiving hairline hanging onto dreadlocks that gave me my family a very hard time. his attitude was very nasty. We informed the manager, and he made it clear. He was going to “protect his employee” and didn’t want to give us his name ! All over a cup of ice. Go cart area is ran by TEENS WE WERE WAITING FOR 45mins
