I recommend School of Rock to everyone. My teenager has taken guitar lessons here for about a year and loves it. Students learn much more than how to play music at SOR. The teachers foster an environment in which kids learn confidence, responsibility and social skills as well. The end-of-season shows take place at legit venues, which is a fantastic bonus. We’ve had such a great experience here that I decided to take drum lessons as an adult beginner. I’m learning so much! Shout out to Nicole for being encouraging and patient; she’s an excellent teacher. Kayla at the front desk is also a pleasure and made the sign-up process easy. Many thanks to everyone at School of Rock. ❤️
They 2 ladies at the desk are always so welcoming, encouraging and helpful for my daughter every time she comes in. Her teacher Nancy is the best, my daughter loves her and i'm grateful that she leans into my daughter's Hamilton love during every lesson. Finally the app and the assignment that help her continue her learning is great. Thank you Scholl of Rock.
I love this place so much! I was in their adult band and the staff is INCREDIBLE. They are so adaptable with the kiddos, working from all ages and personality types, all the way to working with grown adults. They’re such talented musicians who have a passion for teaching and jamming out. It genuinely feels like a second home and was a great place for me to escape to drum out at. 10/10 recommend!!! Your kids are in great hands!
This School Of Rock in particular is amazing. Super friendly staff and great teachers. My daughter loves being exposed to all the different eras of music from The Beatles to The Cranberries. She can even tell me the chord changes that another peer was taught without hesitation. She looks forward to going every week and we couldn't be happier. Highly recommended.
School of rock is amazing! My husband and I were musicians for years and had different backgrounds when it came to “lessons” my background was extremely boring and I know my kid wouldn’t have lasted a week learning the way I did. At SOR they make it so fun for the kids and I love that they put them in a band no matter what their level. It’s great for building confidence and learning how to work with a team. Overall this school has been great for my son. He absolutely loves it and can’t wait to go every week.
