I'm a bit late in posting this however the service I received back in October was above and beyond! I waited until the last minute to purchase a gift for my future daughter-in-love who was getting married that day. I walked in with an idea of what I wanted and with Boo Perkins' help, I walked out with something more. She loved the gift and I was able to place it on her in plenty of time before the ceremony began. Thank you so much Boo!
I walked in without an appointment with two watches requiring adjustment. The jeweler and sales representative couldn't have been more helpful. Not only did they make multiple adjustments until we got the right fit, but they didn't charge for the adjustments. I offered to leave a tip on a credit card and they refused. Leah and Holt were welcoming and gracious with their time. Thank you!
I would give a million stars if I could based on the wonderful experience recently received at Schwarzschild Jewelers. Thanks to my husband, for our 50th anniversary I picked out the most gorgeous diamond ring as a gift. I also had the diamond I received on my wedding day re-mounted on my grandmother's gold band I had been given long ago by my father. I was lucky enough to meet a Sales Consultant named Wynn Chien who walked me through the entire process. It is rare these days to find someone like Wynn who demonstrates a level of expertise that is honestly beyond compare. She was so incredibly professional, kind, and sincere in her delivery. She always followed up after each visit and did exactly what she said she would do and within the time frame stated. Schwarzschild Jewelers is incredibly fortunate to have Wynn on board. I feel as though I not only have two beautiful rings but I have also gained a friend I respect and would recommend to anyone.
Boo Perkins helped me to find the perfect silver cross for my boyfriend. She was so sweet and gave me so many good recommendations based on what I was looking for. Thanks to Boo and the store. I’m more than glad that I came here!🩷
My wife and I came in to consider a purchase of a ring for our 10 year anniversary. Boo and Maria both served us with the highest professionalism and customer service. Anyone could ask for.
