I injured myself hiking and playing pickleball and attempted to rehab myself for a few weeks before I finally admitted to myself that I needed a professional. I reached out to Tyler because he had great reviews and I was specifically looking for PT that was sports oriented. He was able to get me in quickly, evaluate me, and get treatment started. Over the course of eight sessions, my pain is gone, and I have gained skills in how to prevent these injuries in the future or how to treat them on my own should they recur. A little over two years ago I couldn't stand out of a chair without help. I had acute pain. I was overweight and unable to keep up with my granddaughter. Really happy with my experience! Tyler identified what was causing my knee pain and after a few weeks I was able to return to my normal activities! He gave me knowledge and exercises to strengthen my body and prevent injury in the future.
