My heater went out in the middle of the night Saturday on the coldest day (28!). I called SeaCoast and they had David out here within 30 minutes and got it repaired in less than 30 minutes. Super nice guy, very knowledgeable and professional! I’ve been using SeaCoast since 2006 and I have never had any problems with them. Always professional, courteous, and I never have to wait long at all for an appointment.
As usual seacoast did a superb job. On time, professional service provided by Marquez who provided excellent, quality service in a timely manner I am a long time customer of SeaCoast for a reason. They do what they say, they don't play games and to a person; from the people on the phone to the technicians in the field all do a great job.
We’ve been using Seacoast for our regular maintenance and repairs for several years now and they always do a great job. Recently Jason B was out for maintenance as well as a problem and he was super informative about what the issues were and what it would take to fix them. I appreciate the no pressure approach to giving us our options and estimates. I will definitely continue to recommend SeaCoast to anyone looking for a reliable and honest AC company
Jason B. Did a FANTASTIC service call!! Is it possible to keep his name on my account for service?? PLEASE?? Even my Pup Harmony APPROVES HIM!! LOL Jason recommended a UV light because my unit REALLY NEEDED it....he cleaned up my whole unit...installed the light...vacuumed the line...I am SUPER IMPRESSED with everything...AND Jason ALSO cleaned up before finishing! BEEN A LONG TIME CUSTOMER OF SEACOAST...NOBODY ELSE comes even CLOSE! 5 different properties since the 90"s....and guess what?? FIVE... count "em...FIVE STAR REVIEWS for every ONE OF THEM! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Maintenance A/C Purchase UV lights. (2) units Filters (Robert is GREAT TOO!) Fast, courteous, and professional. Jason came out within 24 hours and diagnosed the problem and gave me an honest assessment to either repair or replace the unit. A repair would’ve bought me some time, but the unit was at the end of its life. I chose to go ahead and replace the unit. They were out the very next morning! Felix and his son did an amazing job! Big shout out to the entire Sea Coast family!
