Was a little nervous going in, as expected, but Cali made a warm welcome as I am a first time client here at the shop. I went in for a septum piercing and a beautiful septum piercing I got! 10/10 cool environment, cool people, top notch cleanliness.
Got my first tattoo here and Helena made it such an enjoyable experience! She was so kind and patient with deciding on placement/size which took a lot of the pressure off. Staff was professional and clear on costs beforehand as well. Would definitely recommend her to a friend!
Was very nice staff. Got my first tattoo here. The artist did a bad job. It’s not horrible, the art itself is pretty, but she just copied a design when I thought she would make it her own. Artist was clearly inexperienced. I even asked artists who did my more recent tattoos. The tattoo ended up healing one half faded and the other half bled out (upper arm tattoo). Also hoped she would do something more original with the references but she kind of just copied one of the photos I showed, not a big deal and obviously I saw it before I got it so won’t complain much about that. Would not recommend but at least they had a very kind staff. This was also back in 2020, not sure if she even works there anymore. But even looking back on the original photos it was not great work. Face was uneven as well. Would not recommend
I had an amazing experience at this tattoo shop for my first tattoo. Mike was absolutely great professional, patient, and very welcoming. He made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process and took the time to explain everything, which really helped calm my nerves. I’m extremely happy with how my tattoo turned out, and he truly made my first tattoo experience worth it. I would definitely recommend Mike and this shop to anyone looking to get a tattoo.

It turned out absolutely perfect—clean, detailed, and exactly what I had envisioned. From the moment I walked in, the vibe was welcoming and professional. The manager, Leah, was incredibly kind and made me feel comfortable right away. She took the time to answer my questions, walk me through the process, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. You can tell she genuinely cares about the clients and the shop’s atmosphere. I was so swept up in the the overall atmosphere of the shop that I completely forgot the artist name (my apologies!). If you’re looking for a place in Boston that delivers high-quality tattoos and makes you feel at home, I can’t recommend Seaport Tattoo enough. I’ll definitely be coming back! I’m already thinking about building onto my arm sleeve. Seaport Tattoo is the only place I trust.
