We have used Semtron twice now and both times the service was excellent. They repaired our TV in a timely manner at a reasonable price. Definitely recommend.

Waited for 4 days after I dropped my turntable there, even couldn't get a quote for repair. What funnier is, the turntable spinned properply before I dropped there, and now it's not even spinning. Such a waste of time.

Fantastic experience with Semtron. They came to fix an issue which turned out to require a complete replacement so they assisted me in reaching out to Hisense who were also very helpful in providing a replacement under warranty. Semtron then came to deliver and install the next TV while taking away the old one. Really easy to deal with and would highly recommend to anyone with a TV issue.
