Wonderful place with great staff except for one person and her name is Katherine. Horrifying experience with Kat. I arrived 4 mins late for a climbing class set for our kids. We waited in line for 5 mins to have her resolve an issue she was having with the prior customer. By the time our turn came she said we could not go into the class because we were 9 mins late. We've been many times at this gym and my kids have been to this class before and never did we experience such rigid rules. All customer support agents have always been wonderful and accommodating with the exception of Kat. Now I never want to recommend this place because of my experience with this front desk person.
Love this community little gym, which says a lot since I’m not much of a boulderer. This gym is small but the energy and vibe are always on point. The staff are amazing and the facilities are always very clean. I’ll definitely keep coming but to this spot!
Great gym, just wish they had a belay wall, but for their space it's very well used. Staff is friendly and helpful, and their gym section is decent. Routes are hard which is great!
Gavin is an incredible instructor, so thorough and kind and encouraging. Great experience for a total beginner.
Had a really good time. The guys working there were very helpful and kind. I was very happy to have tried this for the first time.
