I am extremely pleased with Mike's professional, outgoing personality, knowledge, and his desire to complete the repairs to our satisfaction. We greeted each other when I answered the door. He had a genuine smile and I knew he was the gentleman I wanted in my home tending to the repair work we needed. He put on his booties after some pleasantries and asked me to guide him to the issues at hand. I led him to the two upper bathrooms and the lower level bath, he assessed the issues and confirmed that I had figured them correctly. He told me your process and provided a quote which was reasonable. He then checked his truck for the necessary repair parts and evidently they weren't on board today. He was gone for a bit and came back and completed the work. I am very pleased with everything about this Service Legends experience... and Mike. They asked multiple times if I had any questions during the install, and the questions I did have they took the time to explain them in great detail, to help me understand the new system that they installed for me. Jeff was great. We bought new hvac system and went over each model and it's advantages and disadvantages. Very nice to work with and took his time explaining everything. Highly recommend. Miguel and crew were awesome with install. They explained everything and did a great job cleaning up. Rose and the duct cleaning were great. Very polite and careful as they went to each room. Video showed we needed it. We highly recommend them for all aspects of HVAC
My experience with Service Legends has been great from start to finish! Jeff was a courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable sales rep. Then Rose and her team came to do the duct cleaning and they were awesome as well. The team was efficient and worked well together. The before and after pictures proved that duct cleaning needed to be done and was done very well.
Fantastic service once again! Not only did he just resolve our issue, but he took the time to explain to us How this system works and why we had our issues. He had wiped down the whole Unit, removing all dust that had built up as well. We are sold on this business! Service Ledgends has knowledgeable and trustworthy reps, and we are once again completely satisfied! If it were an option, I would give them 20 stars.
