Both Lauren and April have been wonderful and very kind. Truly if it were not for these two ladies my opinion of Servpro would have been totally different. If they had not been assigned to my job, I seriously doubt I would have been able to say anything positive about my experience, until Mr Danny Raymond came to the job and witnessed the conditions, I was totally shocked by the lack of communication and supervision.
Evan, Ethan, Justin and JP were AWESOME!!!!! Everyone that came out was beyond professional. They were trustworthy, hardworking, understanding and also provided me with professional crisis water emergency therapy. Lol They were knowledgeable and helped me to calm my nerves during this trying time. Thank you all. I wouldn't have been able to get through this without you all.
A little over a week ago a pipe busted in my room and water came from everywhere destroying it, as well as my closet. Almost everything is having to be replaced, and I want to give a huge... and I mean HUGE thank you to all of the people who have been out to help. Crew Chief: April R and her Crew: Lily O; Y'all were so beyond kind and very helping through this hard time on the night it happened. Y'all were so positive the entire time and when times are stressful like this y'all's personality instantly cheers up the room. For the removal of the dry wall, carpet padding, etc. Manager: Kevin N; You were incredibly supportive through this and when this situation got overwhelming you gave hope when it was needed. Crew: Justin L and Jobani; You guys did such an amazing job and as well had an amazing personality. You guys were so funny and helped cheer up the mood as well. Y'all had us cracking up..lol! For our Pack out crew, We were so excited to see April R back again, she is so sweet and knowledgeable. Tracy and Misty who were also apart of April's pack out crew were also incredible, we had amazing conversations with them and they are all so kind and helpful. We also met Crew Manager: Destiny yesterday, and she came in with a welcoming smile and answered any tough questions we had. She was super sweet and informative. Thank you so much to everyone who has come out and helped us with this process, me and my mom Suzanne are beyond grateful and blessed to have had such amazing help from each of these individuals.
We had two, yes two, leaks occur day before Thanksgiving. One week later all the leaks are repaired, demolition of affected areas are 90% dry, and the house doesn’t look like a war zone. I am so impressed by all of the individuals who have taken care of us so far. I may miss someone, but I will do my best to recognize them because of the professionalism & respect shown, and understanding of our situation: Luke Potts Initial Report & Inspection Vaughn Harris Reconstruction Team Mark Demo Team JP Demo Team Conner Demo Team These Gentlemen are each Customer Focused!!! Can’t wait for the rest of the teams to do the work here; if they are 1/2 as good as them, we are good hands.
It was a pleasure having Will and Darren working on my insurance claim. They are extremely knowledgeable of every detail in making sure my home was repaired properly with no detail being left out. The work was done in a timely manner. The workers were respectful and worked diligently. I would highly recommend them and their team for any reconstruction and/or insurance claim need!
