The technicians at Shaker Quality Auto Body are always professional and provide excellent quality service. I always bring my car to them and no one else. They repaired accident damage on my car, and also fixed rust on the fender and rocker. They will also help with getting a rental car - pick up and drop off are included. My car is 13 years old, but she looks like new thanks to the folks at Shaker Quality Auto Body. I love my car's new look!! Thank you Shaker Quality Auto Body!!
As always Shaker Quality Auto Body provided excellent service and the body repairs they performed after I was hit by another driver are beautiful and make an older car look almost new again. Where they really stood out though was in dealing with the other driver's insurance company. A process that was drawn out and unnecessarily painful but they stayed committed to getting a resolution. Bill is the true hero of this story with all the time he spent chasing the insurance company. I would give 6 stars if I could!
Shaker Quality Auto has taken great care of me each time I’ve brought my car in. There were a couple instances I went to another shop and they couldn’t quite figure out what was wrong; Shaker Quality Auto figured it out and repaired it quickly and wonderfully each time. I appreciate the friendliness of their staff and Rob’s transparency communicating with me. They are very reasonably priced and I will continue to bring my car to them any time it is in need of service. As a dog lover, being greeted by sweet Chief is a bonus!
Shaker Quality did a great job replacing the back hatchback on our CRV after we were hit from behind. They are very professional; the body work was done quickly and our car looks new again. We’re very pleased. I’d definitely recommend them.
Really satisfied. I used this place to get a repair from an accident through my insurance and I was really satisfied. I will say the only thing that was not done was that I didn't get a call about what was going on with my car dying the repair process like I had asked- but I assume it is because on my State Farm app they told me what was wrong with my car. I am not familiar with car repairs or what "variable transmission" or even what a transmission is haha (what was stated on the app) so I would say it would have been nice to get the call to explain what exactly what meant etc however when I came to pick up my car the lady had the owner come up and he explained everything to me and they also fixed the rubber lining on the door that was loose on my car (not related to the accident) for free so I really appreciated that. My oil wasn't changed and it was low but I didn't expect it to be but I am sure it would of been done had I asked (just a heads up for anyone new to repairs through the insurance) I would recommend to my family and friends. They also cleaned the outside of my car which was super nice! Everything inside my car was just how I left it I would definitely use these guys again!
