I really love this studio, everyone is very welcoming and I have learned so much in a short time. The workouts are diverse and manageable for me in my mid-forties. The mental focus needed allows me to leave my problems at the door and the peace I feel after each visit renews my spirit. Thank you!
This is a great dojo and a great martial arts community. Master Michele and her sensei team are welcoming, and they work with all levels of ability. I’m so glad that I joined. I feel challenged, supported, and I leave every class with a sense of calm.
My 5yo started attending classes Jan 2024. He requested to take classes as his Christmas present. He took their complimentary class and he was hooked! Half year later, he is advancing to Orange belt and is thriving. Sensei Joe is so good with little kids and is funny to watch. Master Michelle is so kind with the families that she talks to who are trying out the studio for the first time. I feel so at home here.
This studio is great! Our daughter has attended for several years and loves it. As parents, we enjoy seeing her progress not only on learning forms and techniques, but on focus, self-discipline, and other related skills as well. If you're looking for a competition-based studio, this isn't the one for you. If you're looking for a studio that meets each child where they are at and recognizes their progress, this is the one!
This is an incredible dojo! I started classes later in life and I never have felt out of place. It is an extremely welcoming and inclusive community. I have been taking classes for 7.5 years and am so impressed with the instructors and my fellow students. Highly recommend!
