Dr. King was very kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. She gave me reassurance and helped me try to rule out any possible negative outcomes. Her recommendations and advice made me feel secure in my treatment plan. Nurse Ting was nice, fast, and efficient. 10/10 recommend!
Arrived at 5:45 on a Friday night. Was on my way to pharmacy at 7:10. Excellent from check in to seeing doctor. Thorough, kind in understanding of my issue, and concerned with getting me on antibiotics immediately. I Love this urgent care!
Got bit by a dog and this place was expensive but the Nursing staff and front desk were excellent! My nurse Sal was very professional explained everything clearly and put me at ease. I dont like going to the doctor but they made it super easy and they were very accommodating. Thanks again Sal go Raiders!
The staff here are excellent..especially those at the checkin. They get you quickly checked and a realistic expectation for when you will be seen. The medical staff are great too in focusing in on what I believe I need... you deliver an efficient and great experience to take care of needs.
