I just had the BEST first visit at Shear Bliss! From start to finish, it was an amazing experience, all thanks to my incredible stylist, Elsa! She was an absolute gem—so honest, kind, professional, and KNOWLEDGEABLE. Here’s why she’s a star: I walked in dreaming of a dramatic blonde balayage, but Elsa was totally upfront with me. She kindly explained that because of my hair’s history with treatments, going blonde could cause damage. Instead, she recommended a gorgeous medium brown color with beautiful dimension, plus a conditioning treatment, cut, blow-dry, and curls. I am SO happy with the results!! From the very first appointment, Taylor earned my trust by carefully analyzing my hair and explaining what would truly work for me, without any pressure. I had such an amazing experience with Elsa!!! I came in for a color correction and was honestly pretty nervous because my dark hair had been through a lot—but she was so patient, knowledgeable, and truly cared about keeping my hair healthy. The final color came out beautiful, rich, and exactly what I was hoping for. My hair still feels soft and healthy. Her assistant was also incredible—so kind & helpful the whole time. I got my hair done by Maria at the salon, and can I say she did a PHENOMENAL job! I got my hair done by another salon and and they completely did my color wrong and damaged my hair, where I came out with my roots a different color and hair having three ugly shades of blonde. MARIA IS A LIFE SAVER! She didn’t rush into anything until fully explaining the process she was going to do and really got to the finer details of what color I truly wanted. She didn’t rush one bit, but rather gave her full time, dedication and focus to my hair. She didn’t just do a balayage, she did a COMPLETE COLOR CORRECTION. When I was my hair looked atrocious before, trust me it was. Maria is a miracle worker and completely corrected the colors in my hair, and achieved the color I desired. Not only that my hair feels much more softer and looks more healthier after her hair treatments. I’ve been getting nonstop compliments and it’s safe to say that the ONLY PERSON I trust with my hair is Maria!
Oksana, omggg I’m in love with the result! She did a wonderful job. She listened all my concerns. She frame the cut perfectly in ways that suited my face shape the most. Her expertise as hairstylist beyond reach! She did not disappoint. I feel like myself again :’). If you want a bob, or short hair cut then reach for her. She really knows what she doing. She’s been a stylist for 24yrs.
