Before we’ve even had our first appointment, I already feel supported. Natalie went out of her way to help schedule my newborn and made sure to check on her levels in the meantime. As a first-time mom, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed, but she made me feel heard, reassured, and cared for. That kind of compassion makes all the difference.
