This was my first time going to Simply Green Day Spa, and it was the best choice ever! ! absolutely loved that everything is organic and natural--there isn't even a nail-drying machine unless you're getting gel nails. That's how committed they are to staying natural. I got the combo massage for my body and feet, along with a basic manicure and pedicure. I've never fallen asleep at a salon before, but I did here--that's how relaxed I was! The entire experience was amazing, the prices are fair, and the atmosphere is so calming. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'm definitely buying a membership!
I found Simply Green Day Spa over 10 years ago while looking for clean beauty options, and I’ve been a regular ever since. I love their commitment to clean products, especially Eminence Organic Skin Care. What keeps me coming back is the staff. My, Sara, and Sandy are all fantastic nail technicians, and My is my go-to for nail care and facials. She’s meticulous, knowledgeable, and I trust her completely. I also love that she’s recently started offering lash extensions. For massage and reflexology, Leland is wonderful. His touch is gentle and grounding, and I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. Simply Green Day Spa has been a consistent staple in my self-care routine for years. If you’re looking for clean beauty, skilled practitioners, and a genuinely welcoming place, I can’t recommend it enough.
The service was…fine. I came in for the spa mani/pedi hoping to get a color tip French manicure with gel polish. Brought a picture and everything. When I explained what I wanted the technician agreed but then when we got started she began asking another technician questions and it became clear to me that my tech wasn’t super experienced with what I wanted. When it came time to add color they suddenly started asking about “chrome nails” and asking if I wanted to try it out. Mind you, I’m thinking it will be color tips with a fancy topcoat or something. No, the color tips were out. Just a regular coat of gel polish with a pearlescent powder rubbed in, not entirely evenly. Also this was charged as a “nail design” which was not explained at the time. The manicure and pedicure that I got were perfectly serviceable. It’s just not what I asked for coming in and ultimately, not what I wanted. I wish they would have just said they couldn’t do the color tips and I would’ve been fine to get a regular manicure. As it stands, the experience felt a bit like a bait and switch even though I don’t think it was intentional. If you’re just looking for someone to do a basic manicure, I’m sure you’ll be fine, but apparently this is not the place for anything more complex.
I had a lovely and relaxing experience here, my first time, I got the luxury pedi, staff was very nice, atmosphere was calming but also enjoyed the friendly chatter between staff and the other customers. The massage and hot stones to my legs felt great and most def felt like my energy and circulation was better afterwards. I’ve been coming here for a few years and they are an amazing natural studio. The owners are sweet, the nail techs are awesome and I always have “My” do my manicure because she comes through every single time and pays attention to detail. All the other ladies are super nice and playful and it’s typically nice and quiet. It’s absolutely amazing to be in a nail salon that does NOT smell chemically.
