I’ve been working with Amanda at Simply Pilates for 10+ years, and it’s had a bigger impact on how I move and feel than anything else I’ve done. My core is stronger, my lower back stays quiet, and I’m more stable on my road bike and in everyday life. And trust me—Pilates with Amanda isn’t easy. It’s a real strength workout without the joint pounding. She’s great at pushing you while keeping things safe and tailored. Simply Pilates is a very friendly and knowledgeable place. The instructors have a very good knack for getting the best workout out of every person. Great place to get in shape and enjoy.
I have been going to Simply Pilates for a number of years. I have some physical limitations and Jen has been very aware of my abilities. She keeps me working hard but in a safe way. There is a good vibe there…easy and safe feeling. She has helped me tremendously. I’ve been to other studios before and some feel more Gym-like rather than the meditative mind-body atmosphere at Simply Pilates.
