Sincere Detailing did a great job on mold remediation from the 2022 Rav 4 Hybrid from an a/c hose leak. Ed’s price was less than half of the car dealership and in addition, he did a thorough job detailing my car. Ed was friendly, helpful, and I appreciated the pride he took in doing a great job. Would highly recommend and I will definitely be coming back in the future.
The shop far exceeded my expectations on what could be done to this vehicle. Now it looks nicer than it did than the day I bought it. The service is also a lot more affordable than the other guy. Who offers a fraction of what the shop does. So, if you're looking for a place to get your car looking great. For not a whole lot of cash. This is the place to go and you'll be glad you went there.
Decided to surprise my partner with a full interior detail. I’m assuming it was the owner, but he was very quick to respond once I place my inquiry. He went over what was included and ensured there was no confusion with booking. He was able to squeeze me in on short notice which was amazing because I had a little bit on a time crunch. The owner was extremely friendly and explained everything to me. I knew what the full cost would be prior to receiving my car and there was no hidden fees. After dropping my car off, he let me know what time to come to retrieve. I should’ve took before pictures but he did an AMAZING job. My partners car was so disgusting and he made it look brand new. I would highly recommend.
I recently got my car serviced here and would not recommend Sincere Detailing Pros based on my experience. There was miscommunication about what repairs on my dent and scratch actually cost, and general unprofessional behavior from Ed. The initial quote I received based on pictures apparently did not align with the actual quote by hundreds of dollars and I never received a paper copy breakdown of what the agreement was. When I went in person, he offered to fix a separate scratch on the door, but I turned that down. I only wanted my dent and the scratch on my panel fixed. Therefore, my impression was that the final cost would still be what I was told initially. When I got my car serviced, I noticed that the scratch on my panel was painted over in an unexpected way (please refer to picture). When I brought this up, Ed raised his voice and repeatedly denied it being touched in any way despite my picture evidence. He eventually acknowledged that the panel had been painted, but hid behind the contractor and refused to take any ownership. He is very salesy and kept telling me that repairs would cost over double of what Sincere charged me (it definitely did not, I had received quotes from 2 other businesses prior). At the end, Ed acknowledged that the area had been painted over "as a favor" and offered to repair that scratch fully for free, but it is hard to trust a business that is so quick to deny wrongdoing and yell at its customers. I had read many reviews before coming and am surprised that the result. Maybe this was a one off situation, I don't know. But I do hope any future customers have a better experience than I did. I will say that the contractor did a really good job my dent. I would work with the contractor again, just not Ed.
AMAZING Customer Service. My car literally came out looking like I just bought it BRAND NEW. Ed went above and beyond explaining what the car needed and what was done to my car. I would not recommend any other detailing service apart from Sincere Detailing Pros. They know how to get the job done in a fast and timely manner. THANK YOU!
