I had a great experience with Ashley! She was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. She took the time to explain everything and tailored the treatment to my skin’s needs. The space was clean, relaxing, and welcoming, and my skin looked and felt amazing afterward. I highly recommend Ashley to anyone looking for an esthetician who truly cares about results and client experience. I’ll definitely be back!

I met with Sarah, (I hope I recalled her name correctly) to have botox. She was fantastic. If fact she was so knowledgeable and explained everything better than anyone I have gone to before. I couldn't have been happier with my experience.
I had a mixed experience during my recent visit. The facility itself is beautiful, and the front desk staff were warm, welcoming, and very professional. My appointment was scheduled for 11:15 a.m., and although I arrived early at 11:10 a.m., I was not taken back until 11:24 a.m., with paperwork still unfinished. Once in the treatment room, I received the Diamond Glow Platinum facial. However, the service began at 11:28 a.m. and ended at 12:03 p.m.—lasting only 35 minutes, despite being booked as a 60-minute appointment. When I asked about the timing, the aesthetician Ashley Humbles stated that although the appointment is scheduled for 60 minutes, clients only receive 45 minutes of service. During the treatment, I found the approach to be rough and inattentive. Despite my request to be careful around my lashes, product repeatedly got into them. Overall, I did not feel the level of care or quality matched what I had paid for. At the end of the appointment, when I raised a question about the session length, the response felt dismissive, and the provider quickly left the room. Later, while I was checking out, I overheard her make an unprofessional comment to a coworker, which left me with a negative impression. In summary, while the facility and front desk staff were excellent, I was disappointed with the service itself. I expected a full 60-minute treatment and a more careful, professional experience.
I highly recommend Sarah! She does an amazing job and always makes sure I leave with a beautiful, natural look. She’s incredibly gentle with injections, which makes the whole experience comfortable and easy. On top of her skill, she has such a warm and caring personality that makes every visit a pleasure. I truly appreciate her work and wouldn’t go to anyone else!
