The workers don’t really work . They just stand around and don’t really care if the kids get hurt or not . It’s wild that we have to spend money to buy socks to be able to walk onto the jump area which you have to get to to watch our kids because lord knows the workers are just standing there leaving on the rail letting whatever happen it’s wild . Like let’s charge parents to watch their kids … and let’s hire people that just stand for ombiance lol
Kids had a great time; I got a respiratory infection that ruined my Christmas. I got into one of the many foam block pits to play with the kids, and I made the mistake of breathing. I could feel the dust from these beat up blocks on the way in and immediately started coughing. A cough that I still have, in fact. Maybe little lungs handle it better. But I'll never go back. The place was gross. Update: Four days later, still sick. Diagnosed with bronchitis.
Ok facility, but pricing is a HUGE RIPOFF. Value is nowhere near worth the pricing. They did a paint job and the pricing goes up to $30 per visit per kid. No other attractions. They also added in some of those ridiculous claw machines that you never win, but price in at nearly $3 per try (I doubled checked the price on it - ridiculous). Not to mention they charged me for two hours, and then after a single hour, they were trying to tell me to leave. Also, there were tons of teenagers, jumping around who were not being controlled. Actually, staff made a real valiant attempt try and control them, but they were just too many kids for staff member ratio. Just didn’t feel safe at times. All parents have to pay extra to get sky socks just to stand up and watch the kids, that’s an extra five dollars per parent just to stand and watch. End of the day you end up spending $50-$60 for one kid for 90 minutes, and the entire process feels like they’re just trying to suck money out of you the minute you walk in. I understand they are running a business, but it’s a local trampoline park, not the state fair. I’ll stick with their cheaper competitors for a while. Also, you can bet they’re just gonna put a standardized sorry this place didn’t meet your expectations response here.
Cameron checked me in upon arrival for my son’s birthday party this past Saturday. He was not supposed to be my party planner but he quickly adjusted fire upon confirmation that his colleague would not be in. Cameron became my one stop shop helping hang decor, blow up balloons, taking pictures, checking on my family and friends, all while simultaneously doing the same for other parties and with a smile on his face. I have not received better service since being stateside. Cameron thank you so much and I pray you get a raise soon.🙏🏽
I’m being generous by giving this place 3 stars. It was great 5 years ago, but has hit an extreme downturn. We still visit occasionally, but I feel like I need a shower each time I leave. There are definitely some customer service issues. It is typically staffed by teens, so I get it. No one is really attentive, but no one has been rude, so I’m kind of neutral on it. What I can’t overlook is the physical state of equipment. Many of these issues pose a safety risk. I’ll forgo an in depth explanation and provide photos instead.
