How are you going to refuse to accept cash and not have a single sign up anywhere or on your website? You let people go all the way through the waivers and get up to pay before it’s even mentioned. You don’t say you have to buy socks as well until you’re checking out. Wildly inconvenient, especially when a child is paying for their own ticket and only have cash and the amount for the jumping. Do better. Will definitely just go to Defy Gravity next time.
Always have amazing experience at this location. The front staff is always very welcoming & nice to my family. Unfortunately, this evening experience changed that. My partner took our son there for their normal father and son time playing while I work late. Apparently there was a private party that they closed the Entire place for the evening. Mind you no email was sent out from this location telling their customers of this event. My son is 3yrs old mind you now very upset that he can’t play when he can see that kids are playing. His father does try to example why but of course he is 3yrs old. When you are upset nothing gets through. When asked for a simple credit because no one told us of the private party this evening. The GM was very rude & dismissive about everything. Long story short Need better management with communication.
Had a birthday party yesterday for my child. Walked in the door and started sweating. It was too late to cancel the party as everyone was on the way. I asked for assistance and the staff were great but they were unable to assist with the temperature in the building. They were unable to contact the general manager and they were unable to at the minimum provide a discount for the situation. People NOT even in our party were fanning themselves with their hats a papers. No one in our party were able to enjoy themselves due to the temperature which was 3x hotter than outside. I’ve sent a email to the general manager and I’ve not had a response. I will attach a picture of the vent compiled with dust. This is an unsafe work environment for the staff and the heat is unhealthy for jumpers. I will be reporting this facility for unsafe conditions.
Wasnt over crowded for a quick lil outing for the young one. He had a ball, but it's definitely not for the parents to be teying to jump with the kids. OMG!! WE HAD FUN BUT I FELT EVERY BIT OF IT..
Fun place for the family. Kids play and parents hang out and snack watch or 3v2n use the massage chairs. We got the monthly membership so the kids can come any day for 2hr jump time. Clean location. Nice staff. Yummy snacks.
