Went to take my 10 year old son tonight I get it is Saturday but it’s supposed to be Kid Friendly not a little club. Trashy Rap Music Blasting but yet have security outside to check for weapons outside and gonna promote violence through music. Wasted money even buying tickets and an hour drive.
My daughter booked a birthday party for my grandson... check-in was confusion, she was given the incorrect wristband at first, then once corrected she told them it was her son's birthday party she had booked... they still didn't tell her anything or what to do, she had to go find the manager for answers... the entire time she had to run people down for answers... she was given a room with a television that DID NOT work, eventhough electric was flowing to it... the kids enjoyed themselves! Several different things kids can do to keep them entertained! I can only imagine what adult night must be like! I did not like the way we left at leaving time, no body notice who was leaving with who, just walk right out... thank God for honest people... the food was good to me... again she had to run folks down. So much so that she said she'd never book another party there.... for what she paid somebody should've been more on the ball!!!
If going on the weekend I prefer to go earlier in the day. It can get really busy. Some of the staff could be nicer. But over all we have fun here.
Absolutely terrible experience - bought tickets online for a morning jump. We arrived and no one was here. No one answered the phone. All 4 of my kids were absolutely devastated and there is no one to even talk to
Very fun place to take children! Fun for adults as well, great way to get some unintended exercise! 😂 My kids were all over the place within the hour we got to play. Everyone truly enjoyed it. Only problem was they didn’t have any dip and dots when we went.
