I called and scheduled a same day appointment as my hearing unit was blowing cold air. John P arrived on time and was able to diagnose the issue. He got my unit back up and running within 30 minutes and set me up with a maintenance plan to prevent it from hopefully occurring again.
Spencer and his partner did a thorough job on our routine AC maintenance and patiently explained any issues. They were on time, professional and kept things clean. As a bonus, I learned some things about our unit. Communication surrounding the appointment from the company was easy and helpful.
The service technician, was extremely pleasant. He was efficient and did a good job on the mainteneance of our unit. I like the communication that I receive informing me of the arrival of the service technician. They were definitely within my time frame which I appreciated, especially at this time of year when people are trying to get ready for the holidays.

Excellent experience with Smart AC! We had our one-year-old Daikin wall-mounted AC unit serviced, and the technician was outstanding. He was extremely thorough — checking every detail to make sure the system is running efficiently and quietly. He explained what he was doing step-by-step and made sure everything was clean, calibrated, and working perfectly before he left. It’s rare to find such professionalism and care during a routine maintenance visit. I feel confident our system will keep running smoothly thanks to his attention to detail.
