Absolutely outstanding service. Nural came at short notice and carried out a meticulous investigation into the dangerous arcing and sparking from my fuse box. Not only did he identify and fix the issue with care and precision, but he also went above and beyond—repairing the broken hinge on the fuse box cover without being asked. His work was thorough, his pricing entirely fair, and above all, he was an absolute pleasure to speak with—genuine, kind, and professional and funny. People like him are rare.
