My favorite jewelry store is Smile Jewelry inside Desert Sky Mall! They have the best prices compared to other jewelers in the mall. I’m a regular customer — the staff are awesome, very friendly, and always provide great service. I just bought a 14K nugget ring, and I love it!
I brought my favorite necklace in to get the clasp fixed, and the repair was perfect. They finished the job fast, and the necklace looks totally new—you can't even see where it was broken! The staff was friendly and did very careful work. I highly recommend them for any repair job. They are the best!
Today I stopped to have a ring my Mom bought me 33 years ago sized.. I received excellent customer service ,my ring sized while I waited,and very affordable prices. I will definitely use their devices again and highly recommend them. Thank you so much.
I took my cameo necklace here based on goggle reviews stating they were reasonably priced! Maybe this is true when it comes to battery watch replacement or watch repairs but not in the case of restoring the clasp on my necklace! He didn’t even have to use NEW parts but used the original OLD clasp and he charged me $10.00 for less than 5 minutes of work , $5.00 would have been more realistic! Never assume ALWAYS ask what they’re going to charge you for doing absolutely NOTHING, this was such a minor repair it should have been FREE of Charge!
