The law offices of Smith & Hassler is extremely exceptional at what they do. Beyond the commercials I seen since I was a kid with spokespersons like William Shatner, they ensure that every client is well-informed about their case and reassures them through the complex legal process. Recently, I suffered a car accident back in Galveston that required me to be treated with physical therapy. That very day I got in a wreck, I was trying to navigate school, work, and grieving a loss of a loved one. So to me, not having a car to get to work and dealing with injuries sustained in the accident was one more hurdle to overcome. Immediately after the accident, I started looking at attorneys, but it was something about Smith & Hassler growing up watching their commercials that made me a fan of their law firm when I have not did my research. As a kid, when they make the sound "DING!," it made me run behind the couch because I did not know if they were coming after me. Luckily, that wasn't the case, but I knew it was important that anyone who got injured in an accident should always do their research before hiring an attorney. So, just like normal, I did my research and seen the outcomes of their clients which tends to be mostly positive. I then called Smith & Hassler and spoke with one of the attorneys about the potential for my case, and I was immediately assigned to Attorney Michael G. Smith Jr. and Ms. Izzy. For the past six months, Mr. Smith has been diligent in walking me through the legal process, answering all of my phone calls, and just making sure my case gets the attention it deserves. Ms. Izzy has also been very helpful in ensuring that they had all of my medical bills and records to be able to get my case moving forward, and hopefully my case will be settled soon. I will update this review once my case settles, but I definitely recommend Smith & Hassler not just for their commercials or billboards, but because the results speak for themselves and they do their best to keep the client happy and take off the burden of the legal process so that the client focuses on their recovery. Smith and Hassler did an amazing job with my case. Daragh Carter and his team stayed in contact with me from the time I was assigned to them. Answered questions throughout the case. Helped guide what needed done. Answered when I emailed or phoned fast. They made sure to also follow up in the beginning to ensure how I felt after being in the accident I was in and my health.
