Johnie did an excellent inspection of our home inside. He took his time and explained every area of possible concern and why. He also gave us great recommendations at very little cost, like our door that lead to the outside. Johnnie was very kind and caring. We would like Johnie to be our Pest Technician on a regularly basis.

Working with Smithereen has been quick and easy. We have a nest of yellow jacket wasps in our roofline under the flashing. We started seeing wasps in the bedroom below that spot in our roof. This had us worried. Scheduling service was simple and they were quick to respond. Ronnie came out and he was a wealth of knowledge. He treated the area and he gave me clear expectations of what the next few days will look like. Besides being pleasant and knowledgeable, he was also very calm about the situation. Never having had yellow jacket problems, it was comforting that he was so calm about it. He answered all my questions and left me feeling good about the solution to our problem. Ronnie has worked for Smithereen for 32 years, which says a lot about how he is valued there. This company was highly recommended as they had performed extensive wildlife removal in my community. I worked with Dylan who was professional and knowledgeable. The first night he came out he caught 1 racoon, ultimately successfully trapping 3 and my issue was resolved. Dylan communicated consistently and he was great to work with. I hope I never have another wildlife issue but if I do I will choose this company without hesitation. The integrity of their team and fair pricing is unbeatable. Thank you very much!
From the initial call for service to the tech onsite it has been a very solid and professional interaction. Dylan has been my technician and he is very knowledgeable and quick to respond. I had a groundhog issue under a shed. He set a trap at the precise location of several entrance points and the first was trapped within a couple of hours, the next day later a second one. He was very informative on the entire process and means to keep them out from underneath my shed with the truth that they can and will dig under anything if they so desire.
