Went in today expecting to drop roughly $2 grand, because two seperate scheisters told me I needed new brakes immediately. These guys could have just taken my money, but instead the assured me that my brakes are fine and didn't even charge for inspection (which they did twice because I didn't believe them!). They have absolutely won my business. Five stars for honesty and integrity in the business! Thank you, SMRO!
I really appreciate the very honest and high quality service, especially Robin's effort to explain things clearly, even going as far as showing me the part that was replaced. Fantastic and friendly team, and true to my friend's recommendation, there was absolutely no upselling or fearmongering. Instead, I got timely updates and was not forced to decide immediately after the diagnosis whether I would move forward with repairs on the same day, as Robin was transparent about it not being super urgent and said he could just send the part back if I decided to postpone. Having experienced such excellent customer care, I would also recommend SMRO in a heartbeat to anyone looking for auto repair/service!
I picked up my car Infinti q50 with some severe issues from SMRO Auto today and honestly had a great experience from start to finish. The team treated me with respect, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood what was being done to my car. A special shoutout to Stephanie at the front desk she was super kind, patient, and always kept me updated. And Robin was amazing as well, making sure everything was fair, transparent, and handled with care. You can really tell they value their customers and want to build trust. I got a fair deal, and the service felt genuine and honest. Finding a trustworthy shop is hard, but SMRO Auto really proved themselves. Definitely recommend them
Robin and his team are incredible to work with. Having never been to the shop, I called in a panic one morning when my engine started misfiring. Robin got me in that day. When I arrived at the shop, he took the time to explain and show me components of the car so I could understand what was potentially going on. When my husband picked up the car, he did the same for him. I was so impressed by the service, we will be servicing our car here from now on. I feel that I have finally found a mechanic I can trust and rely on. Thank you so much Robin and your team, your kindness, expertise and professionalism have made a lasting impact on me.
