I manage Beverly Springs Apartments, and Snappy Computer is quick to respond to our IT needs and they’re very friendly. Topher in particular saves the day every time, not only installing equipment and optimizing our network, but making recommendations to better our systems.
Took my husband’s laptop to have the battery replaced. Quoted me a reasonable price for the battery plus installation charge. They had to order the battery and then install. Did a good job . Would recommend them.

Had an excellent experience today with Eric and Topher at Snappy Computer in Bartlett. Eric was helpful and friendly in my initial phone call for information, and Topher moved all my information from my old laptop to my new one (in spite of the transfer meeting some unexpected obstacles). It was completed ahead of schedule and at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend Snappy Computer!
Topher came out today and repaired a few issues we were having. He is always professional and knowledgeable and resolves all of our issues in a timely manner. We have always used Snappy Computer for all of our IT needs. We will never go anywhere else.
