DO NOT buy from here. We bought 2 recliners and a sofa, with one of the recliners not working properly once it was delivered. We have had a “repair” scheduled for OVER A YEAR and everytime we call we either get hung up on or they tell us they are working on it but can’t give us a date or any info on when they’ll be fixing it. Just don’t buy from here. They are liars and the owner obviously isn’t someone who cares about customer service. Shady place, I'm guessing their employees are the ones putting up good reviews on this place
Went shopping for a couch. Great selection... Unfortunately we didn't find one.. will shop there again. The people were friendly and helpful.
When I went to look for a recliner here, I was a little put off about how dirty and dated the showroom was. But the salesperson, Garrett, was very nice and helpful. I tried several recliners and finally settled on one. But, once I got it home, I realized it was not going to work for me. First of all, I have hardwood floors instead of carpeting as they have in the store. But I bought a pad to go underneath. But, it still slid and consequently was too dangerous for me due to my physical limitations. I called the store and spoke with the manager, John, and asked to return it. He was very rude and refused because it was now "used furniture". I had it two days and tried sitting in it twice!!!! He also told me that there is no furniture store in Tulsa that allows you to return items. That was a blatant lie!!!
They delivered my furniture today and the two guys were very nice and polite. In store was an awesome adventure. No one chasing us around therefore. The were extremely knowledgeable on every piece we talked about. Would highly recommend!
The store associate is nice, but the manager gave me every excuse in the book about the warranty for the couch. Sold on a guardsman warranty when purchased, but a year later here and it’s been nothing but a fight. The guardsman warranty and store do not call back, even when supplied with all relevant numbers of contact. Me and my wife have been through hell with this store and its online services. 1 year old couch
