Stephanie at Redbrick Mill is a credit to your organisation, spending time during our visits to ensure we had all the information we needed to choose our furniture. Following that she patiently sent us multiple quotes as we tried to narrow down our final choices. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
Cannot thank Stephanie enough for her help, patience and guidance in helping us choose our new sofa, she has been wonderful! We spent a long time choosing, changed our minds mid way but absolutely love what we eventually decided on. It is perfect, exactly what we wanted in style, colour and comfort. I'm not sure we would have got there without Stephanie as there is so much choice and it's overwhelming but Stephanie worked hard to help us get there and we are very grateful. His knowledge was clearly comprehensive and I felt he read my thoughts around the tasks with sensitivity and creativity. Extremely helpful and patient staff. Excellent and extensive range of options. Stephanie helped us design our sofas, showing us a wide range of fabrics and designs, with infinite patience. We traveled from Durham for the excellent personal service.
