Came to the store looking for something around a budget, Bianca help my family find the prefect couch for our home. She was very welcoming! I definitely recommend this place. Will be coming back in the future!

At first we were super happy and excited about the couch we purchased there wasn’t anything wrong with it and it was a beautiful couch but after seeing it at our apartment we decided to get something a little bit bigger so we decided to return it (we only had it for less than 24hours) but as soon as my wife went over to the store to return it the owner was so rude to her. Like out of nowhere and for no good reason. He made multiple unnecessary comments about our apartment complex, how many pets we have, noted that we looked like clean people but he never knows, said my wife was acting traumatized, and just an overall bad experience returning the item. Also the prices are very high for what they have so look elsewhere before deciding to buy here.
If manipulation were furniture, Sofia Furniture would have a whole showroom of it. I was lied to, gaslit, and talked down to by a grown man who thought intimidation was a business model. When I calmly asked to see his return policy, he refused — he didn’t want to lose the sale . He tried to convince me I couldn’t cancel, that I was “irresponsible” for wanting to, and that he was “doing me a favor” to feel like he still had control of the situation when I wasn’t backing down . Newsflash: Progressive Leasing confirmed the cancellation, my balance is $0, and I have the paperwork and video to prove everything. I don’t usually leave reviews like this, but I refuse to let another woman walk into that store and get talked to the way I was. Stay away.
