Amazing experience at Sokai Sushi Bar! The fusion rolls were outstanding: Cevichado (tangy and fresh), Rockstar (explosive textures), Spicy Tuna (perfect heat), and Ebi Roll Special (succulent and flavorful). Everything was incredibly delicious. Nicole provided exceptional service attentive, friendly, and spot-on recommendations. Made our night perfect! Highly recommend, we’ll be back!
I had a great experience all around! I was able to get a table and sit right away. The staff was friendly, patient, and attentive, especially my waiter Santiago. The food came out at a reasonable time and was delicious. Good portion size for the roll I ordered, rainbow roll. I highly recommend and will be back. Perfect as a solo diner or as a group.
Sharing my experience after visiting this sushi restaurant for the first time. We stopped by for a quick bite, and at first I was surprised by the high rating I even thought the stars might be inflated. But the food turned out to be genuinely delicious. The flavors were unusual, with a slight tanginess. I’ve never had sushi that tasted like this, and my taste buds reacted in a completely new way. There were only a few tables occupied, but we still waited a long time about 40 minutes for our order. If the service had been faster, the impression would have been even better. Overall, it’s a nice place, and the food is definitely worth trying.
The food is excellent—consistently flavorful and well-prepared. But the true difference in the experience comes down to one person: Santiago. When he is on shift, the service rises to a higher standard. His professionalism, attention to detail, and calm command of the dining room elevate the entire visit. If you want the best possible experience, make sure Santiago is there.
We ordered three rolls, and honestly, they were fantastic. The Acevichado roll doesn’t taste quite like the traditional Peruvian version, but it was still really good , definitely one of my favorites. The Dragon Roll was amazing too, and the edamame was also good . Our server was super friendly, and the food came out quickly, but the only downside was that we sat outside and kind of got forgotten about at the end. It took almost 20 minutes to get the check, which was a bit frustrating. If it weren’t for that, I’d easily give this place five stars. The food was excellent, prices were reasonable, and I’d absolutely recommend coming here , just maybe sit inside so they don’t forget about you, lol.
