Not usually one to complain however after my experience i was left with no option. I Went for laser hair removal treatment, first appointment was great (laser tech was great) and got great results. For the second appointment, I was moved to a new laser tech (also very nice). I have medium tanned skin and was burned on multiple locations. When I complained of the pain during the appointment it was dismissed. I then went home and symptoms got worse over the next couple days. Called the office — told me to email the manager, emailed the manager and was given a very late response asking about the severity of the case and by then I had got treatment for it elsewhere. There were no apologies, no replies after that email. Been one month and I have not heard back. Now apparently two laser techs have resigned and appointments are limited, which in turn affected my pre booked appointment. When it was pushed from 6 weeks to 11, I was told that the laser works fine within 6-8 weeks appointments, however mine was pushed to 11 weeks since my last session and I was put on the waitlist for new openings. I have gotten a couple emails for appointments opening up, when I call the office to book them, I get no answer. When they reply to my text somehow the appointments get taken. No one seems to take your concerns seriously and instead spin the story to make you feel like you’re in the wrong. A couple seconds after I received a text about my upcoming appointment being cancelled, I called the office and got no answer. No answers to my texts either. Would not recommend, specially paying upfront for all sessions, as there is no way to back out.
I’ve been going here for my laser hair removal and I seriously love it! Alexis is the best she’s super friendly, always answers all my questions, and makes me feel so comfortable every session. You can tell she really cares about her clients. Highly recommend this place
Had a chemical peel done bye the very sweet Kim. It was my first one I ado Ado her. She’s so sweet and tells you the truth if you need something or you don’t. I love that her and Jen are very transparent and they don’t try to push things on you if you don’t need them. . Highly recommend You come try a facial or any medical treatment you’re thinking of
Solange is my favourite place to go! Kim does my facials and I highly recommend trying them out! She’s sweet and makes you feel comfortable and welcome. Jenn b is also fantastic she is not afraid to cut me off of lip filler or tell me to wait on something instead of wasting money which is truly amazing and I’m so thankful. I won’t be going anywhere ever. Love you all
